STYLISH AND SPACIOUS COTTAGE WITH BREATHTAKING VIEWS This traditional Welsh stone cottage within the grounds of the owners home is simply charming having been renovated yet retaining its exposed stone walls and wooden beams. Throughout the year the area is packed with things to see for that unique experience. Directly opposite is Kenfig Nature Reserve which is a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest and offers various activities including bird watching and hiking. Well placed for a number of attractions mountain biking at Margam Country Park 1000 acres of countryside with a castle deer park and visitors centre. Bryngarw Country Park with woodland lakes and a pond. Cowbridge a picturesque market town situated in the heart of the Vale of Glamorgan. Porthcawl boasting two Blue flag beaches Rest Bay and Trecco Bay. The Mcarthur Glen Shopping outlet at Bridgend for those wishing to enjoy a day shopping with a lazy lunch. Swansea and Cardiff easily accessible. The accommodation is arranged on one level and offers ONE bedroom: double. Shower room: with WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with woodburner TV and DVD. Kitchen area well-equipped with electric oven and hob washing machine and microwave. Regret no pets. Outside: an enclosed garden with seating to the rear of the cottage. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Location: pubs within walking distance. Arrival: 3pm
